Two double room to let facing garden in quiet area

Two double rooms to let in a clean house. Potential tenants are expected to keep the house clean once a week. Both rooms are facing the the garden. In the process of buying new furniture so partly furnished with carpet. One room has no furniture. Potential tenant may bring own furniture. I am looking for quiet, hardworking professional people to live in a very quiet area who works full-time so is not normally in the house throughout the day. You must be in full time employment. No agency worker, no temporary worker, no loud music, no pets, no smoking or pork eaters. You will be expected to pay towards gas, electric and counsel tax which is £15 plus rent - 4 week deposit and two weeks in advance.
