Double Room in Purley Oaks - House to yourself!

I have here for rent a double room in South Croydon (Allenby Avenue). The house is only 12 years old and I have recently re-decorated most of the house including replacing all furnature, carpets etc.

The house has two bedrooms, a garden, patio and plenty of parking free of charge on the road (there are always spaces). As well as this, the house has broadband, Sky HD, new appliances and is fully furnished.

I own the house and live there, though I am currently working on a project in Leeds for at least the next 12 months. I return to the house generally every other weekend; for this reason YOU WILL HAVE THE WHOLE HOUSE TO YOURSELF almost all of the time. To save the hassle of changing accounts, I will continue to cover all bills.

There is no noise from the railway station, but it can be reached in 30 seconds by foot. From here, trains leave every 15 minutes and will take you to London Victoria or London Bridge in 20 minutes until around midnight (this is Zone 6 for Oyster card/travel card). Beyond midnight there are trains all night from London Victoria to Purley (10 minute walk), or there is a night bus which runs through all of the bits of London you will generally visit (starting at Tottenham Court Road), and stops 30 seconds from the house. This only takes 45 minutes from Central London (Holborn) at night so there really are fantastic transport links to London. As has been said, there is also on street parking, and the area is quiet and safe to leave your car.

There is a large loft if you have things to store, and secure storage for a bike etc in the garden. Any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
