The Room

A generous, bright double room with a window, window blind, large double built in wardrobes, furnished with a double bed and a bedside table. The room is in all white for you to make it your own.

The Apartment

This 2 bedroom flat is located in a quiet neighborhood in a very homey location. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a small block of flats with a parking space available for you to use. The flat entrance has a small reception area with a double wardrobe where you can store your coats and shoes. The kitchen was brand new when I moved in 5 years ago but looking into refurbishing it as soon as possible so everything will be brand new. The living room consists of a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, 2 bean bags, a coffee table and a sofa.

Location

Close walk to South Croydon, East Croydon and Waddon train stations as well as a close walk to the tram and local buses so you are well connected.

You are also near to South Croydon high street where there are plenty of restaurants and Croydon town center is a short walk away.

I’m a 28 year old female who enjoys chilling, socialising, going to the gym and going out from time to time. I’m clean and like keeping the flat in a good clean standard. I have lived in the flat for 5 years, having flat shared a few times and my last flatmate has lived here for just over 2 years.
