Double room to rent in South Croydon

I'm looking for someone to lodge in my 2 bedroom flat located in South Croydon.

I work shifts and so I am open to most professions including people who work shifts (CabinCrew, Nurse, Police.

The flat is in a Victorian conversion on the first floor on a lovely residential street. South Croydon train station is a 9 minute walk and East Croydon is ten minutes on the bus. Lloyd Park Tram Stop is at the end of the road (ten min walk) and there is a bus stop at the other end of the road which takes you down into Croydon Town centre and West Croydon (Route 64 which is 24hour & T33) I commute into London and it is a brilliant location to get home at all times of day. Parking is on the street and is subject to Permit application to the council.

The flat is a two bedroom property. There is a fully equipped kitchen and newly decorated living room and bathroom. There is also a shared garden at the back of the house.

The room is a good size double room. It is fully furnished with double bed, slim line wardrobe, tallboy, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Rent £550 all bills included. This includes Sky TV and WIFI.

I am looking for someone to move ASAP.

A months deposit (which will be placed in deposit scheme) will be required.

I am looking for just one person to rent the room so no couples. I would like a non smoker if possible and no DSS or students.

I will consider Monday - Friday let's (rent negotiable)
