I'm a 32 year old HR professional with a spare room to let in my non-smoking, pet-free flat in South Croydon. (Smokers welcome to smoke outside)

It is a very spacious flat with additional storage available. The entire place has been recently modernised and refurbished, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in, remote-control shower with heated floors :-)

South Croydon is a great area (the leafy part of Croydon) with plenty of green spaces in easy reach (parks, golf clubs etc). In the local "village" there are plenty of high-quality individual and chain restaurants, independent and local convenience stores, bars and pubs with or without sizeable pub gardens.

Located in a very quiet cul de sac next to a tennis and badminton club, the flat is ideally located to get around easily.
Lloyd Park tram stop (trams to Wimbledon (via East Croydon) and New Addington) is 7 minutes walk.
Local bus stops towards Addington and Thornton Heath (via East Croydon) are 4 minutes walk and run 24 hours a day.
South Croydon station is 7 minutes walk with regular trains towards Caterham, Tattenham Corner to the south, and London Victoria, London Bridge and Milton Keynes (via Shepherds Bush & White City). Trains to London take 15 - 20 minutes. East Croydon is one stop along with 24 hour trains to Gatwick, Brighton, Luton and London Victoria. As you can see - I moved for the location!
