Single bedroom fully furnished available in a semi-detached house in a quiet location within Stoughton Guildford. It is about a 10 minute drive to the centre of Guildford, about 8 minutes to the A3 and has local amenities close by.

The house has one main bathroom and a downstairs toilet, a fully furnished kitchen with washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. As well as a decent size lounge this is fully furnished as well.

There is currently four professionals living in the house, who all work shift work so times coming and going from the house vary every week depending on rota’s. We are all reasonably tidy and very friendly.

The rent for the house a month is £360 including bills, which includes water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet.

The deposit required to move into the property is £300 plus a £150 referencing charge. This is all payable to our managing agents who look after the property.
