Double or double & single room in friendly house

Living room

I have a medium unfurnished double room available in a cute house between Tolworth and Malden Manor for £400 per month or a medium double room and a single room for a total of £500 per month. Bills are not included in rent and will be split equally between the number of housemates. The house is a 12 minute walk to Malden Manor Train station with direct links to London Waterloo (zone 4). Also easy access to the A3, Surbiton and Kingston upon Thames. There is no specified parking space but free parking on the road.

There is a communal living room and separate dining room downstairs and a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, washing machine and dishwasher. Sky tv and wifi is already set up.

One bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

For the double room alone the rent is £400. 00 and your share of the fixed bills (incl council tax) will be £110. 00 as well as half the gas and electric about every 3 months. For the double and single room rent will be £500. 00 in total plus fixed bills of £74 each with gas and electric billed separately. Deposit is one months rent. Please note the single room is not available on its own.

Whilst the rooms are unfurnished I do have a basic wardrobe and single bed frame available if needed.

I'd like to think that is a place you can call home and not just a room. I'm a 30 year old professional. Am at home most evenings and weekends vary but will be away at
least one weekend a month. I would ideally like to live with girls who are sociable but also enjoy their own space.
