Well situated, double room plus sitting room

We have a very nice, very big double room with a view of the large garden.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, large desk/table and chair plus some display shelves and a Turkish style carpet over stripped floor boards. We have 2 sitting rooms, the front one available to you has a large sofa, coffee table, 2 arm chairs, rug and TV. There is also very fast fibre broadband and the latest Virgin TV V6 box.
A lot of the time you will be sharing the house with just myself, Sarah, as my partner works very long hours and so although we don't offer an ensuite, sharing the bathroom has not been an issue so far.
There is off street parking, oh and we also have a charasmatic cat!
Surbiton has great transport links to central London-a train to Waterloo takes approx 20mins. Our house is positioned mid way between Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames town, both of which have great shopping and entertainment at a 15min walk away.
