We have a very nice, large double room with a view of the big garden, in a large family home, in Surbiton...the photos dont do it justice! Available from September 1st.
It is furnished with a large single bed, double wardrobe, large desk and chair plus plenty of display shelves, and a Turkish style carpet over stripped floor boards.
You would be sharing the house including the bathroom with myself and partner, so a tidy considerate person would be most welcome! We do however have two sitting rooms so there is space for privacy after a hard day!! We also have a very friendly cat.
Surbiton has great transport links to central London-a train to Waterloo takes approx 20mins. Our house is positioned mid way between Surbiton and Kingston Town, both of which have great shopping and entertainment at a 15min walk away.
