This top floor flat is situated between Surbiton High Street / Train Station and Tolworth. Very spacious rooms, large communal garden and a garage useful for bike storage etc. The room available is a very large double room, built-in storage (not suitable as a wardrobe). No communal lounge is available, however the bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, table, chest of drawers etc and leave plenty of space.

I am looking for a professional woman aged between 25-35. The flat itself is non-smoking, but I do not object if they are smokers. No pets allowed. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, sociable and respects the place where they live.
