2 Double rooms available from the 25th of October and 4th November 2014 in a warm friendly household in Surbiton.

We are a group of girls between the ages of 29 and 33 who did not know each other before hand and have become good friends through meeting in the flat. We are looking for 2 flatmates to move into a professional flatshare.

We are a sociable bunch and enjoy going out for a drink or equally staying in for a good movie night. It is a nice big flat and we all respect each other needing our own space every now and then.

Bedroom 1
Double bedroom with large window, double bed and chest of drawers. £500 pcm plus bills available from 25th Oct.

Bedroom 2
Double bedroom with large window and neutral decor, double bed and chest of drawers. £500 pcm plus bills available from 4th Nov.

The flat
5 bedroom split level flat with two bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs. Large lounge with comfy sofas and dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We also split in for a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean the communal areas.

Located very close to Surbiton station and a couple of mins from bus stops. Buses to Kingston are very frequent and take approx 3 mins or a lovely walk along the river in approx 15 mins.

Rent & Bills
£500 per month excl bills.
Bills are circa £80 per month and include utilities, tv licence, council tax, broadband, cleaning and any products needed for the house. Deposit is £750 payable to our landlord.
