Hi there, myself and flatmate are looking for a lovely female to share our massively spacious maisonette, with high ceilings, large front room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor terrace great for bbq's, above hairdressers in Surbiton high street.
Opposite Surbiton station, so really easy to get into central London and Kingston University and town centre is a short cycle, walk or bus ride away.

Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and river Thames.

The room available is a single room £360. 33 per month, plus bills.

I am a 34 year old 2nd year Fine Art Student, I love anything artistic such as visiting galleries and love having coffee and nice meals out.

My flatmate is a 30 year Personal Trainer and we are both very sporty.

We are looking for someone who likes to live in a clean, tidy and peaceful home.
