THE LOCATION: In the heart of leafy Surbiton at end of quiet street, 10 mins walk from Surbiton station (frequent fast-train service to Clapham Junction [10 mins] and London Waterloo [17 mins]). 5 mins walk from Surbiton high street, (shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc.), and 5 min walk from Thames Riverside walk. 1 mile from Kingston (bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping centres etc.)

HOUSEMATES: You’ll be sharing with two girls and 1 guy. We’re all working professionals in our early 30’s and are easy going, tidy and up for a laugh.
