Friendly little home...

Things have changed a little since lockdown and we have a couple of rooms available. We are looking to fill two rooms in our beautiful home. It's an easy going fun loving house with a lovely garden that's perfect for BBQ's. (although a bit over grown since some of us have been away over lockdown) We're all professionals (In the week!!) The mix is currently 2 girls. We are looking for fun and friendly people to move in, male or female.

The house is 5-10 min walk from either Berrylands or Surbiton station. We have all the usual; wireless, Sky +, dishwasher, washing machine etc... and a landlord who is super flexible about decorating rooms and say....digging up half the lawn to plant tomato plants, he was very good about that one. We're lucky enough that there is a communal area we share with the neighbours out the back were we have bonfires and drinks on occasion, they're lovely and we get on with really well with them all.

There's a large sized garage for storage as well as the loft. The room is one good sized double at the front of the house with built in cupboard and the other. Is a double at the back with a view of the garden. There is an upstairs shared room where we have extra storage and dry clothes do ironing etc.... Did I mention that parking is free?

Bills come roughly in at £120 pcm.
