Short term double room available on weekly basis - no minimum stay. ALL bills included as well as communal stuff ie cleaning/laundry products, basics in the kitchen (milk etc).
Am gradually updating the flat (you will see the room is currently VERY pink!) so can't take on long term flatties.
A week at a time is perfectly acceptable if you need somewhere as a stop gap and happy to have tradesmen work around you during the day! Potential then for longer term room rent if all works out.
Fully furnished, can provide sheets/towels if necessary.
I've said no to the parking criteria here as it's resident's street parking or metered. We can buy visitor permits that work out about £2 a day if you're desperate for parking. Bit of a nightmare and expensive without!
