AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - 1 small double room in very modern flatshare, 3 minutes walk to/from Surbiton Train station & 1 minute to High Street. Sorry no couples.

Surbiton station has fast trains into Waterloo which take only 15-20 minutes (zone 6 but a faster commute than some zone 3-4 trains and tubes!) and there are lots of bus services that run right nearby plus the shops/bars/restaurants/banks etc are all in the high street just 2 minutes walk away. The River Thames is also within 5-10 minutes stroll and the big shopping centre in Kingston is just 5 minutes drive away.

The flat is very clean, tidy and modern. It has its own private entrance and a downstairs hallway with storage then stairs leading up to the flat on the first floor. There is a well-equipped and fully fitted kitchen with dining table/chairs. The main bathroom has shower and bath and this is shared with just one other housemate. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathroom areas as well as the rooms. There is no communal lounge.

This remaining room comes furnished with a modern, white, triple wardrobe and double bed but I can unfurnish if required.

Council tax is included and all utilities are all included up to pre-agreed amounts of 55pcm gas, 35pcm electric and 38pcm water. Broadband is also included along and a cleaner comes to the flat every fortnight. There is space to keep a bike indoors in the hallway and also on street parking with permits available from the council.

I am looking for a non-smoking tenant who is working/professional or a mature student, and MUST be clean, tidy and quiet who will look after the property, be respectful and get on with the other housemates. If you love noise/mess/smoking etc then don't bother applying as this won't be the property for you!! I am looking for people who will love living here and want to stay longer term and who put dishes away after they use them!!! ;-) Messy people need NOT apply - save us all the headache!

Deposit and work/previous landlord references are required and I need people who can move in ASAP.
