Double Bedroom In Spacious 2 Bed Flat

I have a double room in a spacious two bedroom, ground floor flat share on Catherine Road (corner of Maple road). The flat is in a great location, with Surbiton main line station a 5- 10 minute walk and the River Thames just at the end of the road.

The flat is spacious with two double bedrooms, a small kitchen, a fair sized bath / shower room and a very large living / dining room. The flat was renovated in 2012 when I first moved in and is finished to a high standard. The bathroom and kitchen where brand new at the time and there is wood flooring throughout.

The flat is furnished and I have most of the kitchen essentials however I'm sure we can make room for new additions! There is pretty much always space to park on the road outside however this does require a permit which is around £80 per year. The rent quoted doesn’t include bills however at present we have a house account which we both pay £150 pm in to. This does cover all bills including broadband and council tax and contents insurance. I would like to look at getting Sky / Virgin TV but of course this can be discussed.

I am a 23 year old young professional working in central London; training to be a Chartered Surveyor. I have a fairly busy life style, working part time in a pub in addition to the day job and I am captain of my hockey team. I enjoy keeping fit; running, gym, hockey etc. and I am an avid Liverpool FC fan. I love the outdoors; keen horse rider and I have a Jack Russell named Skewiff, however he doesn’t live with me at the moment (no pets allowed :( ). I love a good night out and equally a good night in. I am quite an outgoing girl, I work hard and do try to play harder! I love this flat and have lived here for 2 years with my flat mate who unfortunately is moving more central. I am an organised and tidy person and I take pride in how the flat looks.

I am looking for a male or female housemate between the ages of 20 to 30 who is outgoing and looking for a “home” not just somewhere to sleep. You need to be clean, tidy and up for a laugh and perhaps share a few interests of mine. Of course my Landlady will be vetting you too, so references and a reliable income are essential.
