The single room available features a built in full sized raised single bed which makes good use of space underneath. It has shelving and a desk under (see pic).

This is front facing. Light and airy and with double glazing and central hearing.

There is a large communal family room with fully fitted kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave and massive fridge) seating and dining area. Decked back garden. Double glazed, gas central heated, energy efficient. Wood floors, bath, shower and cloakroom. There is parking on a shared drive.

NB We have 1 rooms available. They are each for 1 person. The rent doesn't include bills, phone and broadband. The totals for these are about £95 per month but less if you are not eligible for council tax (i. e. exempt as a student) where you should budget for £60
