One single room available in a huge, furnished 4 bedroom semi-detached house in Surbiton. You will be living with a group of friendly international students doing our masters at KU. Location couldn't be more perfect-it's situated between Clayhill student halls and Surbiton station. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained- has a huge backyard with an apple tree and a cosy conservatory!!
Rent is £440, bills would add upto another £30(approx) and the current contract is for 8 months starting 1st Sept. If you wish to leave earlier, you would have to find a replacement and the landlord will then edit the contract.
