Large, light, well furnished Double room to rent

Three of us live happily in a attractive and comfortable shared house in Surbiton and we are looking for a fourth person to join us.
We are friendly and informal but do consider respect from other housemates important.( such as washing-up and cleaning kitchen after use and excessive noise!)
We share a lounge, kitchen, bathroom/shower and pretty garden with decking.- (plus second ground floor wc.)Communal areas of the house are cleaned once a week.
The room available is big, light and beautiful with masses of storage space and overlooks a park. It contains a double bed, built in cupboards and lots of drawer space. Also desk/dressing table - plus a sofa and coffee table.
The house has broadband and an off-street parking space if required.
Transport-wise, we are ten to fifteen minutes walk from Surbiton Station, where trains to Waterloo run frequently and take only fifteen minutes to get into central London. There is a bus stop two minutes walk from the house where frequent buses go to Surbiton, Kingston and many other destinations. (There is also Tolworth station which is walking distance from the house.) For drivers, the A3 is a very short drive from us and goes straight into London or to the M25 and the south.
The house is in a pleasant road. It is very near a large variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. Nearby, Kingston is a large and modern shopping centre and is on the river Thames, with riverside pubs and venues of all kind,
