The house is on a lovely tree-lined avenue with free off-street parking. It is close to the A3 and a ten minute drive to the M25. Tolworth rail station is a short walk away as is Tolworth High Street with numerous shops, including a chemist, large M&S and 24 hour supermarket. Surbiton Station/Kingston are both a short bus ride away with bus stops to Epsom at the bottom of the road.
We are looking for a friendly, clean, non-smoking, responsible and respectful female. There is a house cat so may not be suitable for allergy sufferers. No couples thank you. There is no minimum age limit so feel free to make contact if it is of interest. The rent is £550 pcm inclusive of all bills, one month in advance, one month’s deposit.
