We are a fun professional couple (in our mid 30s) looking for a lodger who is also a professional in full time employment.
We have available a furnished double bedroom in our newly built, three bedroom/ two bathroom detached house and you will be the only other house guest with exception of our two cats!
The accommodation on offer is strictly for the use of a single occupant and includes the use of the main bathroom and the open plan kitchen/day room and garden. (please check pictures). Off road parking is also available.
The property is conveniently located within just 10 minutes walk of Tolworth Rail Station (37 minutes direct to London Waterloo) or a short bus ride to Surbiton Rail Station (only 18 minutes direct to London Waterloo.
More about us: Week nights we are in bed at a reasonable time and want someone who has a similar sleep pattern. We own two cats and enjoy eating good food. If you think this sort of lifestyle and arrangements would suit you then please get in touch.
