I'm a student at Kingston University currently sharing this large 6 bedroom house with 5 other students. Unfortunately I have to move out on short notice, but my room is now available for rent.

The contract runs through to July 31st I believe and it is a double bedroom you will be renting. The house has 2 floors, with a very large kitchen for cooking and socialising. There are also 2 bathrooms and a decent sized garden.

The students currently living there are very sociable, so I'm sure you'll have no problems getting on with them! The property also includes a driveway with parking space for 2 cars, so no problems for drivers.

Rent is £525 per month (w/o bills) and the rooms come furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
