Room available in very nice flat in Surbiton

Hi,

We have a double room available in a large flat in Penners Gardens, Surbiton (8 minutes walk to station).

Our flatmate has moved in with her partner and we are looking for a professional who is friendly, respectful and sociable so that we can continue to enjoy a relaxing and laid back environment to chill after work and at weekends.

The flat is modern purpose built in a gaited development , very good quality and spacious - see photos. The room itself has a double bed and is fully furnished. The communal spaces are very spacious and there are 2 bathrooms, good sized lounge and a large, very clean kitchen.

The rent includes all bills - Energy, Council Tax, TV Licence, Water AND Virgin Media Broadband, TV XL and all Sports Channels HD. Each month we split the energy bill 3 ways so for example if it is £120 then we all pay £40 extra on top of £665. There is also secure, reserved off street parking included in the price.

Current occupants are myself and Marissa. I work in accounts and Marissa works in the Insurance industry.

We are happy for a male or female, we are simply looking for the best fit (for all of us) as opposed to being in a big hurry.

Ideally we are looking for medium to long term.
