Large double bedroom in beautiful house surbiton

We are two professional females who are looking to fill a room in a 4 bedroom property in Surbiton. We are both Primary School teachers who have been teaching in the local area for over 4 years. We have lived together for 7 years through out our training and current jobs. Our current housemate is a close friend that is moving on to purchase her own home. We are looking for someone to move in end of May with rent due on the 1st of each month.

We are looking for someone that is easy going, enjoys the wonders of reality TV and enjoys sharing a glass of wine with us.

The property has a showered bathroom with both shower and bath and a large garden.
The room available is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a bay fronted window positioned at the front of the property. We are positioned 5 minutes walk from Berrylands station and 15 minute walk from Surbiton station/high street. The road is not a parking zone so their is space for on road parking.
