Lovely room to let in shared 3bed apartment in central Surbiton - five minutes walk from the train station. Close to all local amenities and Kingston College. There's a small park two minutes from the apartment, Sainsburys and cafes etc. a five minute walk away.

The apartment consists of a large kitchen, large living room, toilet, bathroom. The bedroom which is available to let looks out onto a quiet courtyard which is lovely to sit in. The double bedroom is large, well lit and furnished.

The apartment is shared with two males, both working and part-time students - doing a postgrad and phd in philosophy. It's a quiet, laid back apartment. Both housemates are busy studying but friendly and sociable.
