Use of the Garden which is a decent size and all private.
A Shower/bath that will be shared
A fully equipped kitchen that will be shared.
You can use my wifi at no extra cost.
I also have a cleaner that comes once a week.
The room can be available on - week days only- ( I would prefer this as works best ) , or it can be full time.

Living with just myself, I am a professional and I keep my house very clean and tidy, this is a must for anyone taking the room. I also have a very small dog-so you must be pet friendly.

Available 1st sept or anytime in sept.
Prime Location- water-loo in 10 mins.
Surbiton station is 2 mins walk.
