A delightful double bedroom with private en suite bathroom in an exclusive gated development with allocated off-street parking.

I am looking for a nice and considerate flatmate, ideally someone with an active and social lifestyle like myself and who appreciates both conversation and a need for space. I have two gentle and playful cats who are always looking for good company and cuddles.

The room - built-in wardrobe, mirrors, curtains and blind, new carpet and plenty of light during the day. The room comes unfurnished, but would only need a bed. The ensuite bathroom has a sink and mirror, plenty of counter space, ventilation, a radiator, a toilet and a shower cabin with impressive water pressure!

The kitchen - fully equipped, with seating area, microwave oven, toaster & kettle, full-size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. A nice space to chat and have meals.

The living room - an open, bright, comfortable and furnished space with large bay windows and a window/door to a balcony that overlooks a green space.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building that is kept very neat, with stairs and a lift. The surrounding area is maintained by gardeners.

Surbiton is within the London zone system and offers frequent direct train travel to Waterloo Station in only 17 minutes. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and we are well connected to Kinston-Upon-Thames and Hampton Court. Surbiton Rail Station and the high street are just 10 minutes stroll down the road, and there are bus stops nearby. The Thames is also near by, allowing you to walk to Kingston along the Queen's Promenade, with even more bars and restaurants.
