My flatmate is moving up north and I have a furnished double bedroom free from the first of October.

The flat is not huge but has a big lounge/dining area which is very comfortable. I have put my big TV in there and I have Netflix etc. We are on the 3rd floor (there's a lift) so there's lots of light and pleasant views of of the town. Surbiton station is less than a 5 min walk away. Same goes for all the shops and pubs: Waitrose, Sainsburys, Boots etc. There's also a buses that go into Kingston every 2mins. The location is great for transport. The fast train to Waterloo only takes 17minutes. We also have an allocated parking space.

The rent is àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £675 this includes all bills and WiFi. The deposit is one month's rent àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £675.

About me: I'm a 27 year old designer working mon-fri locally. I like going to the gym, cooking, cinema. I love hanging out and the occasional drink but I am also very respectful of other people's space.
