Double glazed and centrally heated. Hot water always available. Large open plan living area and kitchen which can be shared. Quiet tree lined residential street.
This room is in a house with a garden.
Myself and my daughter live in the house currently.
There is also a park located at the end of the street.
Price includes bills excluding internet/phone
Within walking distance:
Sutton Town Centre, Carshalton Train Station, Sutton Common Train Station, St Helier Hospital, Carshalton College, Sutton Station slightly longer walk but direct bus also goes there.
Direct Bus to Morden Tube Station or Buses to West and East Croydon.

The ideal person to share will be in full time employment with references or Student - Sorry No DSS - non smoking female preferred.

We have two very small friendly dogs, we are animal/pet friendly - but maybe not if you are bringing your pet spiders though!
