ALL BILLS INCLUDED. TWO DOUBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE TO RENT in spacious four bedroom, two bathroom house located close to Sutton town centre.

There are two reception rooms, downstairs WC, Kitchen, utility room and garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, bathroom and a single bedroom.

The second floor has an ensuite room which has been taken by a couple. I am looking for two more people to take the two double rooms. The single room will be left unoccupied so there will be a maximum of four people I the house.

New beds will be bought for the rooms and there is ample storage in both bedrooms.
