I am a 43 year old young at heart, cool, down to earth, friendly professional guy living in the Sutton, Surrey area. I have been approached by my current landlady asking me to rent a beautiful and well presented 2 bedroom house in Sutton, Surrey situated within minutes from the town centre & main train station. There are also other great public transportation links nearby e. g. buses.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is tucked away from the main road. The home also has a small back patio and garden area. There is ample safe off street parking for both occupants.

The house is on 2 levels & fully furnished with lovely, comfortable but modern furniture in all communal & bedrooms which are both a very decent size. The kitchen is a decent size and comes equipped with all expected modern conveniences. Personal furniture can be brought within reason and space allowing. - This house is really to be viewed to appreciate the true essence & beauty of the home. I am unable to afford this on my own so would be looking to share this beautiful home with another friendly, clean, responsible and chilled out professional person ideally another male but not set in stone. Mandatory requirements are that you be a non smoker, have no pets, be responsible and clean and tidy.
