Double room in Thames Ditton House with garden!
We are looking for a friendly young professional to join our small house share in Thames Ditton, South West London (Zone 6). The house is situated in the centre of Thames Ditton, on the high street, near all the amenities including shops, restaurants, take aways and pubs. The village is a lovely place to live, quiet and picturesque but also with excellent links to London Waterloo (30 mins on direct trains that accept Oyster card) and with all the conveniences of Surbiton and Kingston nearby.
The house itself is large and spacious, with an open plan living and dining area, a good sized kitchen, three double bedrooms and a private garden with patio, chairs and table. Parking is available along the high street, and is free.
The rent is £590 per month, and this covers basic rent, phone and internet, TV license, council tax and water. The only additional cost is the quarterly electric and gas bills, which cost us approximately £35 per person per month (less in summer.) There is a £690 deposit that is returnable at the end of the tenancy, and a £200 charge to the estate agents for credit check and change of name on the contract. The room is going to be unfurnished and so the new tenant will need to bring bed/ wardrobe etc.
Please let me know if you would like a viewing of the property!
