House is 15m walk from Norbury Station (zone 3) and 15m walk from Thornton Heath Station (zone 4), served by many buses including night bus.

West Croydon is a short hop away by bus, with a large shopping centre, bars and clubs.

Local amenities in walking distance are 24hr Tesco, chemist, post office, gym & pubs.

Free street parking.

Rent is inclusive of all bills. £10 of the rent goes towards monthly communal area cleaner(including wi-fi. In the winter rent goes up to £450 to cover the fuel cost increase.
