Peaceful and Clean accomodation

Dear Potential flatmate,

The property is a recently fully-refurbished house, 10-15 minutes from croydon town centre. It is situated on a quiet street with easy access to Croydon and Central London.

No pets and no smoking in the house. The tenant will have access to central heating, wardrobe in the room, garden, TV + DVD player, shared bathroom has a stand alone shower and separate bath (bathroom has the size of a double room).

The tenant will also have access to the kitchen, microwave, grill and toaster. Communal cleaning of areas outside tenant's room will be shared. Tenant is responsible for cleaning their own room.

Churches and other local amenities like cinemas, gyms, banks etc are within close proximity.

Friends are allowed to visit but permission is needed if friends decide to stay over. Couples will be considered only in exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis with adjustment in price.
