Double room to rent for ideal housemate

Looking for a tidy professional housemate to join our homely house. Have currently got a double room to rent for £650 per month including bills. House is in Thornton Heath with garden, two reception rooms and conservatory. Sky TV and WIfi. Good transport links-bus stops are 3minutes walk- 1 straight bus to croydon, streatham, brixton, crystal palace and clapham. Train stations 10mins walk; trains to Victoria and London Bridge are 16-40minutes long, direct connections to Northern, jubilee, and victoria line tube.
Bit about me...A friendly ambitious outgoing girl, who works in an independent school in Kensington. I love music, love cooking, going out now and again to dinner/events/bars/festivals, spot of fine dining, spending time with family, going to the theatre and having chilled nights in with good food, a bottle of wine and some rubbish tv. I enjoy going to the gym/yoga/pilates/boxing (when im not being lazy), am a very sociable person, have an eclectic group of friends. Im really easy to get on with and respect others space.
