Would suit someone who is considerate, trustworthy, clean , fairly quite and friendly and in return you will have the same. It is just myself and my daughter we both work full time 9-6 and enjoy quite time. No loud music or tv and generally socialise away from our home. We have a small cat.

You will be 5 minutes walk to Thornton Heath bus garage and and a short bus ride to East and West Croydon and 10 minutes walk to Mayday University Hospital. You will be 30 minutes away form London Victoria. My home is cosy and comfortable. We have nice and considerate neighbours.
