Hi there!
Room to rent is a descent size single bedroom: very comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair. £440 all bills included plus fast WiFi

The flat is fully furnished and has broadband and all the usual extras such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.

Flatmates: A friendly, good natured person, easy to be around, enjoys good company, fine food/wine, thats me :)
Other housemate professional female, 30 y/o, very respectful of the privacy of others.

Clean flat. Nice, safe area with nearby park and close to shops, restaurants...
Great location (Norbury, Thornton Heath, West Croydon) and transport links.

*Close to Norbury train station (3 bus stops) close to all amenities...also Nuffield health gym at 7 minute walk.

*Buses 109 and 60 to West Croydon, Brixton pass every 5-10 minutes (bus stop 5 minutes walk)

* Train links from Norbury Station - Direct trains to London Victoria (19 mins), London Bridge (27 mins), Shepherds Bush (25 mins), Balham (8 mins)

Croydon University Hospital (Mayday) is only 15 mins walk away.

I'm happy to be completely upfront about everything, so ask any questions before viewing for a straight forward answer; as we've all been on the viewing side, so I wont waste your time. It is as advertised. Though kitchen, I'm told is larger than expected.
