Hello!

Our names are Duncan & Kate and we are a professional couple who have just bought a house and are looking for people to come and live with us. Duncan (29) works as a web analyst for eBay, while Kate (also 29) works as the Project Manager for a charity working with ex-offenders across London.

We have both been sharing houses around the world for the last 10 years and know what makes a great housemate - respect, tidyness, evenings in the pub, movie nights, good conversation and a laid-back attitude! We've also learnt over the years what makes a great landlord and now can't wait to put it into practice.

The house is 7 minutes walk from Thornton Heath station, with trains every 10 minutes going to Victoria (21mins) or London bridge (30mins). Having previously lived in New York we love that the house is triangular in shape and kind of resembles the famous Flatiron Building - it's full of character with lots of space and has lovely high ceilings too. We will be refurbishing & redecorating the house over the next few weeks to fit a new kitchen and the second bathroom, so unfortunately we don't have any good photos to share at this stage.

In addition to the bedrooms there will be a huge living room with a home office, a large kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and a garden which you will have free use of. There are 3 rooms available that you can see in the attached floorplan:

A large double room located in the corner of the house, it has a delightfully quirky shape with with plenty of space to stretch out and make yourself at home. This room has two windows and is very light and airy.
£475/month + bills

Bedroom 2 (Orange on floorplan)
3. 4m x 2. 7m
A good-sized double room with a more conventional shape, plenty of room for all of your stuff.
£425/month + bills

Bedroom 3 (Green on floorplan)
3. 5m x 2. 7m
A large single room - this room has a very large floor area but due to the unconventional shape cannot fit a double bed. Great value for the amount of space!
£375/month + bills

The rooms can all be provided furnished or unfurnished as you wish, and we will ask for a month's rent as a deposit.

Bills will be around £70/month each and will include 50mb broadband wifi.

We will be doing viewings on the 24th, 25th and 26th of July - drop us a line and we'll get you booked in for a viewing.
