Amazing Very Large Double Room in a House!!

My friend has moved out last week so I am helping him to rent this beloved double room in Norbury area.

The room is the largest in the house, It has a double bed, large wardrobes (2), bedside tables, Mirrored wall , large windows and many other amenities.

The house has 4 rooms in total, a shared living room, a very nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and and amazing large garden for sunbathing or bbqs or anything you can think off.

The views from the house are amazing as 2 cricket grounds are just behind.

The house will be shared with 3 professional spanish guys (all working in central London) so ideally a female . or a couple or 2 females will be preferred to balance the house. However if you are a male you can be considered as well.

Norbury train station is nearby and has frequent train service to Victoria (only takes 20 min and is covered by the normal oyster zone 3 travel card) so you won't pay extra.

You can be in central London Oxford Circus in 30 min. Also there are good night buses to the door ,taking about 1 hour from central London approx.

Ideally they like someone for a long stay as they have a continuos contract, however short lets could be considered.

The room is available to move in from today , former flatmate has left so its now empty clean and tidy.

The monthly rent is £510 for a single person or £610 for a couple or 2 females. Payable as soon as you move in.
