I am just 9 minutes walk from Norbury station (zone 3) which has regular trains to Victoria (20 mins) via Balham (7 mins) link to Northern Line also trains to London Bridge, East Croydon with link to Gatwick. We also have several bus stops a short walk away going towards Croydon, Balham, Brixton & Stockwell.

Off street parking available.

Although does come under CR7 postcode, I really am walking distance to Norbury station, SW16.

Its a great location with everything you need including local shops, banks, post office, gyms & restaurants.

The room itself is a furnished good sized, front of house room with a large double window so lovely & bright on a quiet residential road with free street parking. Also a large garden perfect for lounging & bbq's in the summer.

I work full time & have a 21 yr old daughter who goes to LCF & also the family pet cat, Benny who likes to sit on anything you want jto read & prowls the neighborhood with the local cats :)

My ideal lodger would be respectful of others & treat my home like theirs, non-smoker & cat friendly.
