The house is clean and tidy , no shoes allowed in the house, needs to be kept in the porch ( this is very important )..!
We are all 5 people and getting on well very good, so you need to be clean, tidy, respectful.
The room has a big wardrobe, king size bed, separate drawer, plenty of storages and brand new en-suite bathroom ( enclosure shower, wash basin and wc)
We have a separate kitchen to be used by 3 people.
Rent is £ 165 per week for a single
£210 FOR A cOUPLE inclusive all utility bills and internet connection unlimited
Deposit is £ 750 for single , £900 for Couple
