The room is a lovely comfortable size there are two toilets in the house and one bathroom. There is a lounge area living area garden and patio. The rent is £149 per month including bills if they don't exceed a comfortable monthly bill. The person living in will be required to give 10 hours of their time every week and to sleep in the property over night. Would suit somebody looking for a quite place to live in a very pretty area. There is an interview process for this placement.
