Lovely houseshare in leafy Wallington

Sunny single room to let in a three bed family house in a quiet, picturesque residential south London suburb. You would be living with a friendly retired couple Peter and Gisela, a big gorgeous dog and a cat.

The house is a spacious and modern home. It has a secluded rear garden with a patio and two large and airy lounge areas. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave, and you will have your own fridge/freezer and use of a washer and tumble dryer. There are two bathrooms, both with power showers. We have a giant TV with surround sound and wifi. We also have off-road parking.

Your room is warm and sunny, with a single bed, a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers and a large desk and bookshelves.

Wallington is a safe and leafy area, near a lovely big park where we take the dog for walks. There is a decent high street with lots of shops, a library, and nice pubs. We’re a 5 min bus journey from Carshalton college, with regular buses to Croydon or Sutton (15 min).

Transport: We’re in the middle of zones 4 and 5, with a 15 min walk to Wallington or Hackbridge and a 25 min train journey to Victoria or London Bridge.
