**A stunning apartment in the heart of Wallington

Hi I am Nayyab I live in a stunning, modern apartment in the heart of Wallington, Surrey, positioned next to the Wallington train station(direct trains to central London in 25 minutes)and very close to the town centre. The apartment boasts of a large open plan and a kitchen/diner. It has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are all furnished, allocated parking and a washing machine. I have one room available in my flat if you are interested. The bedroom is fully furnished so you will not have to worry about purchasing extra furniture etc. It hads an amazing view of the professionally maintained garden. I also live in the flat, I am a female, I study dentistry at King's College London. I am very friendly, accommodating and very clean. I am looking for female flatmates. The flat is new and is in a very safe and well connected area as the Wallington Overground Station is a 2/3minute walk from my flat as well as a few bus stations around the area on of which is right outside the flat and also the flat is very close to the town center. There are alot of food shops (Sainsbury's, Iceland, Lidl and Tesco's are a five minute walk from my flat and an ASDA a bit further away) and restraunts around the area where we live and the building has a beautiful garden which you can see through your window which is nice.
