We're looking for someone to rent our nicely sized bright and airey single room.

The home is friendly and not just a rental property so we would like to have a clean, professional person.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside unit. Set in a quiet yet convenient location with Hackbridge station 5 minutes walk away with direct access to Clapham Junction, Victoria (26 minutes) and London Bridge stations. Sutton, Epsom, Leatherhead and Dorking are the other direction. Tramlink to Wimbledon and Croydon is a 15 minute walk or just 1 stop on train from Hackbridge. Beddington park is only 3 minutes walk away plus local shops. Perfect for Central London or the South coast, Gatwick or Heathrow. Wallington town centre is just a 15 minute walk or 5 mins on bus. Sainsbury's and many other High street shops.
Westcroft Leisure centre in Carshalton plus 3 other gyms are all within walking distance for those that enjoy burning calories.
With a large bathroom/shower upstairs plus toilet/shower room downstairs there should be no waiting for the bathroom!
