The flat is nicely decorated, I have recently had the bathroom and kitchen refurbished to a very high standard, the rest of the flat is also decorated nicely.
I have a good broadband connection, virgin TiVo box with BT sport and access to sky sports and sky movies via the Xbox.
I have a washer dryer and a dishwasher.

About the location
The flat is less than a 10 minute walk away from Wallington train station, zone 5. From there you can get directly to London Victoria and London Bridge in about 45 minutes. Hackbridge is around a 20 minute walk away, from there you can get direct to Blackfrias. Farringdon and City Thameslink. Wallington High Street is within walking distance, I am also in easy reach of Beddington Park and Westcroft Leisure.
