Large single room in quiet road

This is a large 5 bedroom detached house but because my husband and I are disabled we no longer use the upper floor and it is set out as a flat.
There are four bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with WC and shower over the bath, another WC and a shower room with a sink and an electric shower so always hot water.
Brand new washing machine.
The kitchen has most things which a straight working man would want including a table which no-one uses.
Everyone clears and cleans up after themselves and everyone occasionally vacuums through the communal parts.
It is because the latest lodger doesn't clear up after himself that the room is going to be vacant.
This is a very friendly house and I treat my lodgers like family. If you stay out for two nights without telling me then I worry. I bake cakes most weeks for my husband and always make two.
One of my lodgers is only here 5 days a week but every couple of weeks or so he works the weekend so I do a Sunday dinner for us all.
There is no lounge but every room has a Virgin Tivo box and a flat screen TV.
This room has a sink and a double bed but it is a single.
This is a very friendly, chatty house so if you want an anonymous room where you slink in and hide this is not the place for you.
You must have a full time job and I'd prefer a non smoker but this isn't a deal breaker.
We are all English - Anyone who has to cross a border to get here will not be considered.
No one with children who wants them to stay over.
Sorry for all the 'nos' but over the last few years we have learned what makes for a happy house for us all.
