One full months rent will be taken on the day you move in. To then be paid 1st of the month thereafter.

Room has been recently decorated, neat and tidy, vinyl flooring, single divan bed with under bed storage, there is a hanging wardrobe with two drawers. Two shelves on the wall.

The room is at the front of the house with a view of the parking area (which is very quiet and not busy). Further up the road is a beautiful park leading to the river Thames.

Quiet location few minutes walk from town centre shops, pubs, cinema, leisure centre, riverside pubs within a few minutes walking distance.

Riverside towpath 2 minutes away, good for walking, running, cycling to Hampton Court/London or Windsor.

Easy parking outside the house.

Train Station - 4 trains/hr to Waterloo which takes 20/25 minutes approx.

Clean, tidy, friendly, a quiet household. (no loud music and parties just quiet evenings in front of the TV mostly)

Gardens are maintained by residential gardeners.

Wireless Broadband.

Shared use of bathroom/livingroom /kitchen.

It is a first floor maisonette.

Suitable person would be a business professional working full time day hours.(not suitable for working from home or night shifts)

Please note I have cat who is outside during the day but indoors at night. He will not have access to your room.
