offers a direct service to waterloo, which takes just a pinch over half an hour, the service also calls at Esher, Surbiton, Wimbledon, Clapham etc, so ideal for commuters, the house is also only 10 minutes from the A3 & M25.

Nearby there are good pubs such as the Royal George in Hersham, The Bear in Esher, The Prince of Wales in Hampton Court, The Swan in Walton, in addition there are lots of good restaurants in Hersham, Esher and Walton.


There are plenty of local shops such as Tescos express Hersham (3 mins away), Waitrose in Hersham (5 minutes away), Large Tescos in Hurst Park (10 mins away), Lidl in Walton (10 mins away).

The area is really nice and has a
lot to offer, the house mates are great and it’s a quiet location in easy reach of all you would ever need, with parking and a very short walk to the station, with bills included this is a great house share at a great price.

Address is Weylands House, Molesey Road KT12. It is less than 50 meters from where Rydens Road meets Molesey Road. If coming down Rydens Road onto Molesey, turn right at T junction. Then house is 50 meters on left hand side, set back off road with private driveway leading to it.
