The room overlooks Molesey Heath and is currently furnished.

There is a gated driveway and plenty of parking available on an unrestricted road.

Hersham train station is a ten minute walk away and Walton a little further. Both stations provide fast trains into Wimbledon, Clapham and London. There is also a regular bus service which goes to Kingston and Heathrow.

The M3, M25, M4 and A3 are also close by.

The house has 100mb broadband and nearly all the tv channels through Virgin Media. A set top box can be provided in your room at a small extra monthly cost.

There is no smoking inside the house but there is a large patio area at the rear of the house covered by a large canopy and gas heater.

You will also find a brick built BBQ, gas BBQ and sun loungers along with a patio set for outside dining and relaxing.
